About the Performer

Garine Santosh Kumar is a distinguished Perini Lecturer at Sri Thyagaraja Government College of Music & Dance, with over 18 years of experience in the field of classical dance. A Gold Medalist with a Master’s degree in Dance, he is a B-Grade Doordarshan artist and a versatile performer specializing in Perini Natyam and Andhra Natyam. He has been honored with several prestigious awards, including the Yuva Kala Ratna and Nrutya Kowmudhi. His notable performances include a presentation before the Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji and a performance during the inauguration of the 108-feet statue of Adi Shankaracharya at Omkareshwar, showcasing his devotion and mastery in traditional dance forms.
